Privacy Policy
Who we are and what this app is
Orbit Labs Analytics is an internal reporting application built and run by Orbit Labs, the marketing team of the Anzo Capital group of brokerages. It is used only by our own staff to understand how our marketing performs. It is not a public product: there is no public sign-up, and no member of the public can log in to it.
What Google user data the app accesses
With the permission of the Google account that authorises it, the app reads data from Google services that belong to our own company. It asks Google for these permissions (OAuth scopes):
- Google Ads (
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords): our own ad accounts' campaigns, ad groups, keywords, budgets, spend, clicks, conversions and change history. - Google Analytics, read-only (
analytics.readonly): aggregated traffic and event reports for websites we own. - Google Tag Manager, read-only (
tagmanager.readonly): the tag set-up of our own websites. - BigQuery and Cloud Storage, read-only (
bigquery.readonly,devstorage.read_only,cloud-platform.read-only): our own Google Analytics export tables.
The app reads this data only. It does not create, change, pause or delete anything in these accounts. It does not read Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendars or any other personal Google data.
How the data is used
Only to build internal reports for our own team: what our advertising cost, what it produced (sign-ups, verified clients and first deposits), which campaigns and keywords work, and what changed. The data is not used for advertising to individuals, is not sold, and is not used to build profiles of individual people.
We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalised artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade Google user data. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers or any other third party for their own purposes. It is processed only by service providers that host or run the app for us and act on our instructions: cloud hosting and databases (Google Cloud, Cloudflare, Railway, Snowflake) and the AI assistant our team uses to prepare reports. We may disclose data if the law requires it.
How the data is stored and protected
- Access keys and credentials are kept in an encrypted secrets manager, never in source code.
- Reports are served over HTTPS and sit behind a company login; only named staff can open them.
- Access is read-only and limited to our own company's accounts.
How long we keep it, and how to have it deleted
Reporting data is kept only as long as it is useful for analysing our marketing, and is deleted when it is not. You can withdraw the app's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When access is withdrawn the app stops reading data and the stored credentials are deleted. To ask for data the app holds to be deleted, email the address below and we will do so promptly.
Limited Use
Orbit Labs Analytics' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the app uses Google user data, we will update this page and its date before the change takes effect.
